Most items bought from cyberjammies.com can be returned. If you're not completely happy with something, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided it meets the following conditions:
1.It's returned in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
2.Returns must be received by us within 20 days of the date you received your order.
10 days should be allowed for return shipping, so please make sure your return is posted within 10 days of receipt.
1.Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns policy.
2.Complete the form that came with the shipment, and put this in with your returned items
3.Use the’ Address label’ provided to mail the items back to us
4.You'll need to pay return postage for all returns. We suggest you send it via an insured,
traceable method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
