Query with Placing an Order
All customers, please note, due to some technical issues with a new system we have introduced, some customers may receive an email stating their order has been partly despatched, or receive a second email stating their order is being sent despite the order being already received. These emails are incorrect and have been sent in error. We are working hard to rectify the problem and hope to have it corrected in the next 24 hours.
