Refunds & Returns
**Please note, Christmas gifts can be returned to our freepost address for a full refund or exchange by the 15th January 2018.**
(All Christmas gifts have to be returned in the same condition they were received, they must be unworn and include all tags and labels. Returns received after 15/01/18 will not be accepted)
Returning your item for a refund or exchange
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your cyberjammies, just return them to us (using the return address label inside the packaging) in the same condition you received them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please state clearly whether the item is being returned for a replacement or if you require a refund.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to get back to us via the freepost address. Once your return has been received it can take between 5-10 working days to process your exchange or refund in busy periods.
In the case of a refund you will be informed once it has been processed, please note a refund can take 1-2 working days to appear back into your account.
Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in. Please follow the same procedure for return as above using the return label enclosed within the packaging.
