Royal Mail 48 Hours – Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 - Free of charge over £40

Royal Mail 48hr Delivery is one of our standard delivery services sent by Royal Mail. This is a tracked service that takes between 2 days to arrive. If the items in your order equate to £40 or over this service is free of charge.

Hermes 48 Hours – Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 - Free of charge over £40

Hermes 48hr Delivery is one of our standard delivery services sent by Hermes. This is a tracked service that takes between 2 days to arrive. If the items in your order equate to £40 or over this service is free of charge.

DPD 48 Hours – Standard UK Delivery - £5.95 - Order value over £40 - £2.00

If you would prefer your order sent via DPD, we now offer the option to choose DPD 48hr Delivery. This is a tracked service that takes between 1-2 days to arrive.

If the items in your order equate to £40 or over this service is £2.00.

European Delivery – DPD Europe - £9.95

This is a tracked service that will take between 5-6 working days to arrive at your address. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

DHL Worldwide Delivery – £25.00

(Please note we have recently increased our worldwide delivery charge to £25.00 to insure we can cover all delivery costs for our orders travelling worldwide.)

Ware happy to send parcels to most addresses outside of Europe. This is a tracked service that can take up to 7 working days to arrive at your address. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after placing, this can only be completed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. To cancel your order please call 0800 1699 755 within one hour of placing to ensure we can cancel it before it is dispatched. 

We are unable to cancel an order over the weekend or after 5pm Monday to Friday. We cannot amend sizes or styles on any orders, please ensure you have selected the right size before placing your order. We cannot amend addresses whilst the order is in transit and we will only send your order to the delivery address you have inputted, we cannot take responsibility if this has been inputted incorrectly. If you do need to amend your address please contact us and we will do our best to change it before it is dispatched. If you order the wrong size please reorder again and send the original order back to us for a full refund via the freepost address included within your original order. 

 

*Disclaimer - Items in your basket are not reserved. There are instances when stock levels are close to zero, meaning that multiple customers can have the same low stock item in their basket at the same time. This means the first order to complete will take the stock which can result in more than one customer placing an order for the same item. If this happens we will contact you immediately via email in order to rectify where possible or refund the item.
