Update on returns during the COVID-19 pandemic

During this uncertain time we know that going to the post office to send back your item for a refund is not essential, therefore we have extended our returns policy to the 29th June 2020.

Any orders placed from March 2020 onwards will be accepted if they are returned before the 29th June 2020. After this date our returns policy will return to the standard 14 days. 

Please note that after corresponding with Royal Mail we have been made aware that our Freepost Returns are taking longer than normal to get back to us, this is due to a high level of post and

low levels of staff in Royal Mail sorting centres. As soon as your return is delivered to us it will be processed within 2 days and you will be notified.

Returning  your item for a refund

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your Cyberjammies, just return them to us (using the returns form included within your order) in the same condition you received them for an exchange or refund.

Please ensure to retain a proof of postage when returning your order.

 

​Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to get back to us via the freepost address. Once your return has been received it can take between up to 5 working days to process your refund in busy periods.

You will be informed once your refund has been processed, please note a refund can take 1-2 working days to appear back into your account. 

 

When trying on items please avoid make up/creams coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

 

Please note we do not offer a freepost return service for any orders delivered outside of the UK. If you do require a refund the item will need to be returned and paid for by the customer using the information on the returns form included within your order

Please ensure to retain a proof of postage when returning your order.

 

Can I return the cyberjammies that I received as a gift? 

Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in.  Please follow the same procedure for return as above using the return label enclosed within the packaging.  

Please note if you do return items given as a gift the full amount will be refunded to the original payment card, not to the recipient.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size please send the original item back to us for a full refund and place a new order for the item in the size required.
