Refunds & Returns

Returning  your item for a refund or exchange

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your cyberjammies, just return them to us (using the return address label inside the packaging) in the same condition you received them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please state clearly whether the item is being returned for a replacement or if you require a refund.


​Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to get back to us via the freepost address. Once your return has been received it can take between 5-10 working days to process your exchange or refund in busy periods.

In the case of a refund you will be informed once it has been processed, please note a refund can take 1-2 working days to appear back into your account. 


When trying on items please avoid make up/creams coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.


Please note we do not offer a freepost return service for any orders delivered outside of the UK. Refunds and exchanges can be made as normal, the item will need to be returned and paid for by the customer, please ensure to retain a proof of postage when returning orders.


Can I return the cyberjammies that I received as a gift? 

Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in.  Please follow the same procedure for return as above using the return label enclosed within the packaging.


Christmas Returns

If you purchase an item as a Christmas gift you have until Monday 13th January to return the item for a refund or exchange. The item must be completely unworn and all tags must be still attached. Please note if the item has been worn, tags removed or it is sent after the cut off date then the item will be returned back to you and the return refused.
